Gail Green is founder and president of Gail Green Learning. That’s just the starter, because she brings so much more to her work.
Her qualities as a trainer and coach include passion, intuition, fun, and the ability to assist the most challenging leaders! Gail has been assisting leaders for over 20 years, and she has learned that her example of balanced leadership and genuine connection provides a fertile ground for individuals to grow, thrive, and change.
Gail’s specialties include customized training and events that align with the needs of your organization. These include Women in Leadership, Presenting with Impact, Interactive Team Building, Leading the Way, DEI & Belonging, and Effective Leadership Communication and Presence. Within all these areas, Gail and her team also provide management and leadership coaching.
Gail’s style is engaging an inclusive, with a focus on self-accountability. She sees that we all have great attributes to contribute and develop, and she enjoys the challenge of digging into the issues of a team, its leader, or both, releasing the blocks to reveal the greatness that waits to be activated.
Gail has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from CSU, Los Angeles, and has done graduate work in Cross-Cultural Communication and Work/Life Balance. She was a licensed massage therapist for 15 years, and the core need for internal balance remains part of her focus. Head, heart and hands assist in sustained awareness of developing the Balanced, Learning Leader.
