Gail Green has been a coach and trainer for over 25 years, focusing on leadership development, team building communication and balance.

Gail Green is founder and president of Gail Green Learning. That’s just the starter, because she brings so much more to her work.

Her qualities as a trainer and coach include passion, intuition, fun, and the ability to assist the most challenging leaders! Gail has been assisting leaders for over 20 years, and she has learned that her example of balanced leadership and genuine connection provides a fertile ground for individuals to grow, thrive, and change.

Jerome has extensive experience in the area of conflict management, life skill training, leadership training and customer service programs.

Jerome Green is a compassionate, intuitive coach who enjoys getting to people's core issues and desires to discover what they want to accomplish. He assists clients in seeing things new as they strengthen themselves and prepare for new opportunities.

His approach removes blocks, beliefs, and blind spots that then enhances an individual’s ability to make rapid progress.

Karen brings more than 30 years of business experience and organizational savvy to her coaching work.

Karen's experience includes business, human resources management, and executive leadership in a variety of different industries. She is especially recognized in her ability to coach leaders in transition (including promotions) as well focusing high potential leaders toward the key areas that will assist them before moving into their next level.
