Jerome Green

Jerome Green is a compassionate, intuitive coach who enjoys getting to people's core issues and desires to discover what they want to accomplish. He assists clients in seeing things new as they strengthen themselves and prepare for new opportunities.  

His approach removes blocks, beliefs, and blind spots that then enhances an individual’s ability to make rapid progress. He strongly believes there's energy and opportunity that comes from focusing on "what's possible" and not letting the past limit one's future.  

Jerome is a go-to guy for challenges that require skilled touch. He has extensive experience in leadership development, conflict management, and life coaching.. Jerome uses various tools and models to assist his clients in working in the deep, which helps in looking at change or growth. His work uses humor and laughter and often draws on stories to illuminate his message.

Beyond his work in the corporate world, Jerome has a solid connection to the sports world. For the past twenty years, he's operated a youth sports basketball business, worked with young adults, and was a consultant to high school and college coaches. His experience in the competitive, pressurized sports world translates beautifully to business and all aspects of life. 

Jerome has a B.S in sociology and graduate work in counseling. He worked in higher education for 24 years in various positions, including University Management, Leadership Development, and Human Resources Administration. He has published articles on diversity, leadership, and athletic performance.
